-업무내용:

   - Perform Learning & Development strategy, design, delivery and co-ordination.
   - Understand service line learning requirements and ensure alignment of service line learning with firm strategy and global initiatives.

   - Coordinate the design and development of high quality learning courses/ products/ materials/ technology which are relevant to the practices.

   - Provide co-ordination support on L&D programs and projects with stakeholders and manage throughout implementation.

   - Use learning management system and L&D databases in supporting learning administration and maintaining repository of learning materials.

   - Global/Area 학습 프로그램의 국내 실행 및 커스터마이징

   -  회계/감사 교육프로그램 운영 및 진행

   - 러닝 오퍼레이션 및 승진자 육성 프로그램 운영 및 진행

-자격 및 우대사항: 

   - 성별 무관 (남성 선호)

   - 기업체 교육 (HRD) 관련 혹은 교육 컨설팅 경력 대리말~차장초급 (7~11년)

   - 교육학(인적자원개발) 관련 학위 소지자 및 HRD 업무에 대한 열정 보유자 우대

   - 영어 업무 원활한자 및 글로벌마인드 소유자 우대

   - 회계감사(accounting/auditing) 분야 이해도 및 관심이 있는자 우대

   - 러닝 테크놀로지에 대한 스킬 및 경험 보유자 우대

   - 주도적으로 일하며 팀 성과에 기여하는 팀 플레이어 우대
